Steven Black Joins Professional Radiology Solutions as VP of Financial Operations and General Counsel

- Professional Radiology Solutions (PRS) announced that Steven G. Black has joined the PRS team as Vice President of Financial Operations and General Counsel.
"Mr. Black's legal and financial expertise will be a great asset as we work to deliver leading-edge PACS/RIS solutions to small and mid-sized hospitals," said Joseph Nemelka, CEO of PRS. Before joining PRS, Mr. Black was an attorney with the regional law firm of Snell & Wilmer. Mr. Black's areas of practice included business transactions, corporate law, emerging business services, real estate development, and federal/state tax law. Representative clients included many Fortune 500 companies, medical practices, software companies, investors and financial institutions. Mr. Black is a certified public accountant licensed in the State of Texas.
